Kanetix will choose five winners in week long Facebook contest
TORONTO, February 21, 2012 - It is Facebook contest time again at Kanetix.ca, where consumers are being given the chance to win one of five $50 gas cards from Tuesday February 21 to Monday February 27.
Kanetix has held four prior Facebook and Twitter gas card contests with a lot of success. At the end of past contests, fans often ask when the next contest will be held, and many also subscribe to Kanetix's newsletter to make sure they don't miss out. The contest's popularity is timely, since gas prices in the GTA, and across Canada, are hovering between $1.16 and $1.21. Compared to this time last year, gas prices have increased 6.8 per cent overall.
Given the steady increase of gas prices year-over-year, there is no time like the present to introduce this gas card contest t to help consumers who may be feeling pinched at the gas pump.
For those who want to enter, participation is easy. All an entrant has to do is join Kanetix's Facebook fan page by liking the page, then enter their name and email address in the official contest entry form. If someone is an existing Facebook fan, all they have to do is fill out their contact details in the entry form by following the gas card contest tab.

- Not idling your car unnecessarily
- Reducing the load in your car (the more weight you carry - the more gas you will burn)
