Lucky winner will receive a $250 gas card
TORONTO, September 13, 2011 - Kanetix.ca is happy to announce the launch of their one month Facebook contest. The contest will give qualified entrants the opportunity to win a $250 gas card.
Kanetix, a quote comparison website for a variety of insurance and financial-related products, will hold their Facebook contest from Tuesday September 13 to Wednesday October 12. Given the success of Kanetix's recent Twitter contests, Kanetix is looking forward to a similar response from their Facebook fans. The Facebook contest is the first contest of its kind, for Kanetix fans, in more than a year.
With the high cost of gas prices, Kanetix recognized the frustrations of drivers and wanted to offer some help to cash strapped motorists. The timing couldn't be better. With the start of the new school year, some families may be experiencing a heightened need to save money anyway they can.
One previous gas card contest winner proclaimed, "When I heard about the [Twitter] gas card contest, I thought I had zero chance of winning, but I decided to test my luck and enter anyway. And now I can't explain the excitement I'm feeling especially since we drive a gas guzzling SUV," said Marla Pollard, past contest winner.
Entering the contest will be easy for existing and new Facebook fans alike. All an entrant is required to do is become a fan of Kanetix's Facebook page and fill out the official contest form that follows.
An official announcement will be made once all entries have been validated for the random draw, and the winner selected. Kanetix wishes the best of luck to all who enter the contest.
